The Lager Beer artisan production of Master Brewers of Umbria is produced following the recipe Baked 21, created by the selection of the best Italian spelts and the best malts. Of lager and veiled color has a persistent and compact foam. The perfume is rich of signs of lemon’s flowers, of spiced features and of summer fruit. The delicate and soft taste of the spelt is accompanied by the grassy notes of the hop that our Master Brewers have wisely selected for you.
The artisanship of the production, the method of the high fermentation (not filtering and not pasteurization), they can create a sediment on the fund of the bottle.
