Seasoned sirloin of Umbria

Typical product of Umbria, gotten by the loin of boned swine, salty with spices, according to the ancient recipe.
Characterized by a delicate taste with a light perfume of garlic; wounded in paper straw and tied up to hand.
Being thin it is light with few calories. Ideal with meats and cheeses, or simply with some balmy vinegar.
