Special Red Beer artisan production (Italy) with the method of high fermentation

The Red Beer artisan production  of Master Brewers of Umbria  is produced following the recipe Baked 37 with the traditional method of the high fermentation and with the employment of raw materials and of toasted special malts, that characterize its copper  intense colour and naturally veiled. Its involving perfume is dominated by the complexity of the noble hops that are evolved toward elegant notes of caramel and peel of orange.
The body is round, the taste balanced.
The artisanship of the production, the method of the high fermentation ( not filtering and not pasteurization), they can create a sediment on the fund of the bottle.
Temperature of service: 8° - 10°
