Stout Double Malt Beer artisan production (Italy) with the method of high fermentation

The Stout Beer artisan production of Umbria’s Brewers,  produced according to the recipe Baked  74, is inspired to the beers of abbey (tradition and innovation). Countersigned for the employment of the Italian lentil and the wise selection of toasted malts , it has an intense brown color, with compact foam and a definite and original character.
The perfume of caramel and mature fruit exalts the full and balanced body, the warm notes of melting chocolate and the complex aftertaste of it they make it elegant and persistent.
The artisanship of the production, the method of the high fermentation (not filtering and not pasteurization) they can create a sediment on the fund of the bottle.
Temperature of service: 10° - 12°
