Mortadella (type of salted pork meat) with truffle

Bagged cooked product with shoulder, bacon and pillow of local swines. Another important ingredient it’s the  lard of the dorsal part, cut to small cubes, that it characterizes the aspect of it. It emanates a particular and aromatic perfume thanks to the summer black truffle of Umbria (tuber aestivum). Excellent for appetizers with other meats, pecorino, parmesan cheese and white wine Fiordaliso of our selection.
