The grapes Sangiovese are carefully selected and harvested to hand in the first part of October. After a soft pressing, the work continues in the steel tubs, where the must remains for around 18 days to soak with the peels. The fermentation happens with scrupulous supervision of the temperature.
The process of maturation ends with a 12 month-old aging in great oak strokes of Slavonia. A last refinement will be necessary in bottle to get a wine of big "race": red ruby colour with intense impact , turns on feelings of mature plum, small red fruits, tobacco, licorice.
Of good structure, extreme class and elegance, it is expression of the territory. It’s excellent with red meats and cheeses.
To serve to a temperature of 18/20 degrees.
